Attaching an apostille to documents

The superlegalization procedure mainly consists of:

  • The endorsement at the Ministry of Justice / The Ministry of education / The Ministry of foreign affairs / The Notaries public chamber (according to the type of the document)
  • The authorized translation in the language of the country in which it will be used or in an international language, by a translator authorized by the Ministry of Justice
  • The legalization of the translator’s signature by a Notary public
  • The legalization of the signature and the stamp of the Notary public by the Notaries public Chamber
  • The superlegalization of the signature and the seal of the Notaries Chamber by the Ministry of Foreign affairs
  • The final superlegalization though the country’s consulate in Romania.

The superlegalization procedure mainly consists of:

  • Study documents will be superlegalized on the original by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs only after the authentication by the Ministry of Education
  • Documents issued by the Ministry of Health (certificates, recommendations) will be superlegalized on the original by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs only after authentication by the Legal and Litigation department within the Health Ministry. Medical certificates must be endorsed by the County Health Authority in order to be superlegalized.
  • For the superlegalization by consulates, the fees, the conditions and the delivery terms will change according to the working conditions for each consulate. Please contact us and we will provide you information according to each case
